In order for us to provide an accurate quote, we need to receive the document to be translated.. You can use our email directly or use one of the services to upload files as Google Drive or Dropbox.
If you do not have the document to be translated, please inform us: approximate number of pages and subject of the document. With this information we will issue an estimate quote so that you have an idea of the cost and time your translation can take.
The translation is issued on paper or in digital format. All our translations are signed and sealed. Seal and signature are omitted if they are not required by the customer.
The translation begins with the approval of our quote by paying 50% of the same. The final payment is made on delivery of the final translated document.
The delivery is made via email (translation in digital format) and through the Freight Offices of Fletes Chavales (San Francisco or Transístmica) as per your convenience.
We also have Messenger Services that bring the translations to your office or your house door. An additional charge depending on the delivery address may apply.
If you need multiple copies of a translation, they have a lower cost than the original translation.
Translations are issued in order of application and the date of delivery varies depending on the number of documents that we hold, so do not delay in sending your application so that we can assist you as soon as possible!
